Esta Política de Privacidad pertenece a Nikolai Osintsev y es una sola para todo Papá y Panda: el sitio papaypanda.com (incluida la aplicación web papaypanda.com/kids), la versión web del Club (papaypanda.com/club) y la aplicación «Papá y Panda Club» en Google Play y App Store.
Generalidades
Papá y Panda es una colección de dibujitos con canciones, juegos, lecciones de ukelele, audiocuentos y conciertos para niños y toda la familia. Los niños no completan ningún dato: el registro, los pagos y el perfil del niño los completa un adulto, y la compra y la configuración están detrás de una verificación para adultos.
Qué datos tratamos
- Anuncios (sitio y papaypanda.com/kids). El sitio y la aplicación web son gratuitos y muestran anuncios de Google AdSense. Google y sus socios usan cookies e identificadores para mostrar y medir los anuncios. Las solicitudes de anuncios están marcadas como dirigidas a menores, por eso Google no muestra anuncios basados en intereses ni de remarketing. Más información: cómo usa Google la información de los sitios que usan sus servicios. La aplicación del Club no muestra anuncios.
- Estadísticas. Usamos Google Analytics en el sitio y en papaypanda.com/kids, y Firebase Analytics y Firebase Crashlytics (informes de errores) en la aplicación del Club, para contar visitas y el uso de las secciones de forma agregada.
- Medición de publicidad propia. No usamos el píxel de Meta ni otras herramientas de seguimiento de redes sociales. Si llegás desde un anuncio nuestro, las marcas de campaña del enlace (por ejemplo, utm_source) pasan a Google Analytics y, en una compra, se guardan con el pedido.
- Compras en papaypanda.com/kids. Mercado Pago nos informa el estado del pago y el correo del comprador. Guardamos el pedido: número, fecha, importe, idioma, correo y código de acceso. Usamos el correo solo para enviar el código y responder consultas.
- Cuenta y suscripción del Club. Para crear la cuenta usamos tu correo o el inicio de sesión con Google o Apple (Firebase Authentication). La suscripción se paga con Mercado Pago (web) o con Google Play y App Store; las compras en las tiendas se gestionan a través de Adapty. Guardamos el estado de la suscripción y su historial.
- Perfil del niño en el Club. El adulto puede indicar el nombre, la edad, el género y los temas favoritos del niño. El perfil se guarda en tu cuenta para que esté en todos tus dispositivos. Para crear textos personalizados en la aplicación, el texto de la solicitud, con el nombre del niño, se envía al servicio de inteligencia artificial DeepSeek, y la respuesta vuelve a la aplicación.
- Correos y notificaciones. Los correos sobre la suscripción y, si das tu consentimiento, otros correos del Club se envían a través de Adapty. Las notificaciones push llegan mediante Firebase Cloud Messaging; podés desactivarlas en el dispositivo.
- En tu dispositivo. Las aplicaciones guardan en el dispositivo el idioma, la configuración y el progreso. papaypanda.com/kids guarda también el código de acceso y un identificador aleatorio del dispositivo para contar en cuántos dispositivos se activó el código (hasta 3). Ese identificador no permite saber quién sos.
No recibimos datos de tarjetas: los pagos los procesan Mercado Pago, Google Play y App Store.
Con quién compartimos datos
Solo con los servicios que hacen funcionar Papá y Panda: Google (Firebase, Google Analytics, Google AdSense, Google Cloud, Google Play), Apple (App Store, inicio de sesión con Apple), Mercado Pago (pagos), Adapty (suscripciones en tiendas y correos), DeepSeek (textos personalizados) y Hostinger (servidor de pagos y correo de papaypanda.com/kids). No vendemos datos personales.
Conservación y tus derechos
Guardamos los datos mientras sean necesarios para tu cuenta o tu acceso y para cumplir obligaciones legales. Podés eliminar la cuenta del Club en papaypanda.com/account-deletion.html. Según la Ley 25.326 de Protección de Datos Personales, podés pedir acceso, corrección o eliminación de tus datos escribiendo a help@papaypanda.com.

Podemos actualizar esta política. La fecha de arriba indica la última versión.

This Privacy Policy belongs to Nikolai Osintsev and is a single policy for all of Papa y Panda: the papaypanda.com website (including the papaypanda.com/kids web app), the web version of the Club (papaypanda.com/club) and the “Papa y Panda Club” app on Google Play and the App Store.
Overview
Papa y Panda is a collection of cartoons with songs, games, ukulele lessons, audio stories and concerts for children and the whole family. Children do not fill in any data: sign-up, payments and the child's profile are completed by an adult, and purchasing and settings are behind an adults-only check.
What data we process
- Ads (website and papaypanda.com/kids). The website and the web app are free and show Google AdSense ads. Google and its partners use cookies and identifiers to serve and measure ads. Ad requests are tagged as directed at children, so Google does not show interest-based or remarketing ads. More information: how Google uses information from sites that use its services. The Club app does not show ads.
- Statistics. We use Google Analytics on the website and on papaypanda.com/kids, and Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics (crash reports) in the Club app, to count visits and section usage in aggregate.
- Measuring our own advertising. We do not use the Meta pixel or other social media tracking tools. If you arrive from one of our ads, the campaign tags from the link (for example, utm_source) are passed to Google Analytics and, for a purchase, stored with the order.
- Purchases on papaypanda.com/kids. Mercado Pago tells us the payment status and the buyer's email. We store the order: number, date, amount, language, email and access code. We use the email only to send the code and answer questions.
- Club account and subscription. To create an account we use your email or sign-in with Google or Apple (Firebase Authentication). The subscription is paid through Mercado Pago (web) or Google Play and the App Store; store purchases are managed through Adapty. We store the subscription status and its history.
- Child profile in the Club. An adult can enter the child's name, age, gender and favourite topics. The profile is stored in your account so it is available on all your devices. To create personalised texts in the app, the request text, including the child's name, is sent to the DeepSeek artificial intelligence service, and the answer is returned to the app.
- Emails and notifications. Emails about the subscription and, with your consent, other Club emails are sent through Adapty. Push notifications are delivered through Firebase Cloud Messaging; you can turn them off on your device.
- On your device. The apps store the language, settings and progress on the device. papaypanda.com/kids also stores the access code and a random device identifier to count on how many devices the code is active (up to 3). The identifier does not reveal who you are.
We do not receive card details: payments are processed by Mercado Pago, Google Play and the App Store.
Who we share data with
Only with the services that make Papa y Panda work: Google (Firebase, Google Analytics, Google AdSense, Google Cloud, Google Play), Apple (App Store, Sign in with Apple), Mercado Pago (payments), Adapty (store subscriptions and emails), DeepSeek (personalised texts) and Hostinger (payment server and email for papaypanda.com/kids). We do not sell personal data.
Retention and your rights
We keep data for as long as it is needed for your account or access and to meet legal obligations. You can delete your Club account at papaypanda.com/account-deletion.html. Under Argentine Personal Data Protection Law 25.326 you can request access to, correction or deletion of your data by writing to help@papaypanda.com.

«Папа и Панда» — это мультики с песнями, игры, уроки укулеле, аудиосказки и концерты для детей и всей семьи. Дети никаких данных не вводят: регистрацию, оплату и профиль ребёнка заполняет взрослый, а покупка и настройки закрыты проверкой «только для взрослых».
Какие данные мы обрабатываем
- Реклама (сайт и papaypanda.com/kids). Сайт и веб-приложение бесплатные и показывают рекламу Google AdSense. Google и его партнёры используют cookie и идентификаторы, чтобы показывать и измерять рекламу. Запросы рекламы помечены как обращённые к детям, поэтому Google не показывает рекламу по интересам и ремаркетинг. Подробнее: как Google использует информацию с сайтов, где работают его сервисы. В приложении Клуба рекламы нет.
- Статистика. Мы используем Google Analytics на сайте и в papaypanda.com/kids, а в приложении Клуба — Firebase Analytics и Firebase Crashlytics (отчёты о сбоях), чтобы в обобщённом виде считать посещения и использование разделов.
- Оценка нашей рекламы. Мы не используем пиксель Meta и другие трекеры соцсетей. Если вы пришли по нашей рекламе, метки кампании из ссылки (например, utm_source) передаются в Google Analytics, а при покупке сохраняются с заказом.
- Покупки в papaypanda.com/kids. Mercado Pago сообщает нам статус платежа и почту покупателя. Мы храним заказ: номер, дату, сумму, язык, почту и код доступа. Почту используем только чтобы отправить код и ответить на вопросы.
- Аккаунт и подписка Клуба. Для аккаунта мы используем вашу почту или вход через Google или Apple (Firebase Authentication). Подписка оплачивается через Mercado Pago (веб) или через Google Play и App Store; покупки в магазинах обслуживает Adapty. Мы храним статус подписки и её историю.
- Профиль ребёнка в Клубе. Взрослый может указать имя, возраст, пол и любимые темы ребёнка. Профиль хранится в вашем аккаунте, чтобы он был на всех ваших устройствах. Чтобы создавать в приложении персональные тексты, текст запроса вместе с именем ребёнка отправляется в сервис искусственного интеллекта DeepSeek, а ответ возвращается в приложение.
- Письма и уведомления. Письма о подписке и, с вашего согласия, другие письма Клуба отправляются через Adapty. Push-уведомления приходят через Firebase Cloud Messaging; их можно отключить в настройках устройства.
- На вашем устройстве. Приложения хранят на устройстве язык, настройки и прогресс. papaypanda.com/kids хранит также код доступа и случайный номер устройства, по которому мы считаем, на скольких устройствах активирован код (до трёх). По этому номеру нельзя узнать, кто вы.
Данные банковских карт мы не получаем: платежи обрабатывают Mercado Pago, Google Play и App Store.
С кем мы делимся данными
Только с сервисами, на которых работает «Папа и Панда»: Google (Firebase, Google Analytics, Google AdSense, Google Cloud, Google Play), Apple (App Store, вход через Apple), Mercado Pago (платежи), Adapty (подписки в магазинах и письма), DeepSeek (персональные тексты) и Hostinger (платёжный сервер и почта papaypanda.com/kids). Мы не продаём персональные данные.
Хранение и ваши права
Мы храним данные, пока они нужны для вашего аккаунта или доступа и для выполнения требований закона. Удалить аккаунт Клуба можно на странице papaypanda.com/account-deletion.html. По закону Аргентины 25.326 о защите персональных данных вы можете запросить доступ к своим данным, их исправление или удаление, написав на help@papaypanda.com.
